No shutdown for robocallers

About 5 billion robocalls are made every month, according to robocall blocking app, YouMail. That number has been consistent, but the context of those calls in changing. CNBC has learned that robocallers have been trying to cash in on the recent government shutdown. YouMail gave CNBC exclusive TV access to two calls that were sent out to over 1 million people during the shutdown. CNBC's Andrea Day reports.
