Top US-China officials meet in Washington to negotiate details of a memos of understanding

Cabinet level officials will meet with a Chinese delegation in Washington in order to nail down the details of several memos of understandings, which cover issues such as intellectual property rights, forced technology transfer, cyber theft, and currency manipulation.
