Warren Buffett: The wealthy are undertaxed

In an interview with CNBC's Becky Quick, Berkshire Hathaway's Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett says the wealthy should probably be taxed more compared to the general American population. Buffett says that he does not think people would flee the country if taxes increased.
