Companies and universities partner to prepare the workforce

With a shortage of skilled workers now, companies and universities are partnering to develop programs to re-educate the American workforce and make sure students today are prepared for the future. At an event titled Driving Talent and Innovation in the Capital Region, hosted by the Greater Washington Partnership and Business Roundtable, Kayla Tausche sat down with Northrop Grumman Chairman Wes Bush and University of Maryland Baltimore County Freeman Hrabowski to discuss their partnership.
