Bridgewater Associates Founder Ray Dalio has made billions through the buying and selling of securities but he surprised many by saying capitalism is not working and that income inequality is a national emergency. Dalio says that one of the biggest problems facing America is the falling standards in public schools. He and his wife have pledged $100 million to Connecticut public schools. He and the Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont joins "Squawk Box" to discuss his donation.
