It's not time for the Fed to cut yet, says Citi strategist

Ken Peng of Citi Private Bank says, with the S&P 500 only around 6% below its all-time peak, it's not yet time for the Fed to cut rates or for U.S. President Donald Trump to turn more friendly on trade.
