Bernie Sanders confronts Walmart over minimum wages

A minimum wage hike was front and center Wednesday at the Walmart annual meeting, where presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders advocated for the retail giant to pay their workers at least $15 an hour. Ryan Bourne of the Cato Institute and Basil Smikle, former executive director of the New York State Democratic Party, join "Squawk Box" to discuss.
