Bernie Sanders confronts Walmart over minimum wages

A minimum wage hike was front and center Wednesday at the Walmart annual meeting, where presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders advocated for the retail giant to pay their workers at least $15 an hour. Ryan Bourne of the Cato Institute and Basil Smikle, former executive director of the New York State Democratic Party, join "Squawk Box" to discuss. Also at the table is Kevin O'Leary, chairman of O'Shares ETF and Shark on the hit show "Shark Tank."
