How BMW is dealing with the Mexico tariff threats

BMW has opened a new final assembly plant in Mexico, which is designed to meet demand from the U.S., but now the automaker is caught up in President Trump's tariff threats. CNBC's Phil LeBeau reports from the plant in Mexico.
