Chinese markets are going to go up, says investor

Whether the U.S. and China reach a trade deal, Haren Shah of Taurus Wealth Advisors says Chinese markets will go up. He says, if the two economies don't find a resolution, China's government will launch economic stimulus and give the markets a boost.
