Help Wanted: Vermont Recruiting Workers to State

Vermont is thinking creatively in recruiting out of state remote workers with a new grant program, and will expand its offerings in 2020 to lure out-of-state workers to relocate and work for companies based in Vermont. The move is in part to establish a new and potentially younger taxpayer base as its population ages. CNBC's Kate Rogers reports.
