National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow weighs in on the escalated US-China trade war

Monday was the worst day of the year to date for the markets as the S&P saw a 3% fall and the Dow tumbled by more than 950 points at session lows. Larry Kudlow, director of the National Economic Council and a chief advisor to President Donald Trump, joins "Squawk on the Street" to discuss the trade tensions that led to the sell-off and what he's seeing in the economy.
