Attacks on Saudi were a 'rude awakening' for the oil market

The plant in Abqaiq is the "crown jewel" of Saudi Arabia's oil facilities, and Bob McNally of Rapidan Energy Group says he is "disappointed, but not surprised" that attackers got through the oilfireld's defenses.
