Colleges caught in the trade war

More than 360,000 students from China study in the U.S. each year. But the trade war is making it harder for Chinese students to get visas. Enrollments are dropping and colleges could take a big financial hit since most international students pay full tuition. Reporter Robert Frank finds the University of Illinois found a unique way to protect against their losses from fewer foreign students.
