Analyst: The People's Bank of China would like a weaker yuan

Andrew Collier of Orient Capital Research says China will be looking for a weaker currency in the mid-to-long term because it is facing headwinds including trade, a slowing global economy and declining liquidity. He also says he's mistrustful of the moves in the Chinese yuan.
