Banks will have to 'catch up' with fintech companies, says virtual bank group CEO

Simon Loong of Hong Kong virtual bank WeLab says that fintech companies are offering newer technology and better customer service experiences, and banks will have to catch up. It will be "good for the consumer," he says.
