Wood Mackenzie sees 'pretty strong' oil demand growth in 2020

Gavin Thompson of Wood Mackenzie says oil demand growth will be driven in part by changes in IMO regulations in 2020. He predicts that production could grow by 1.4 million barrels a day next year.
