Key witness Sondland reads emails and texts on 'quid pro quo' about Ukraine phone call

U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland testified in a House impeachment inquiry hearing that Mr. Giuliani's request for a White House call and White House meeting with Ukraine president Zelensky was 'quid pro quo' and that everyone was in the loop.
