The unrest in Hong Kong is adding to the tension between Washington and Beijing, but China needs Hong Kong to be economically prosperous, says Mauro Guillen of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also says there's a more than 70% chance that a U.S.-China deal will be reached in the next six to eight months.
