Sen. Rubio: I'm not anti-China but we need a fair and balanced relationship

Senator Marco Rubio's (R-Fla.) bill supporting the pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong has passed both chambers of Congress. It will now head to President Trump to sign. China officials are denouncing the measure, saying it would negatively impact U.S.-China relations. Sen. Rubio joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
