Hong Kong's Carrie Lam may still adopt a 'hard line approach': Prof

Despite the recent election victory for Hong Kong's pro-democracy camp, Alfred Wu of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy says it's hard to say that there will be "dramatic change" in the city because the root cause of the protests has not been resolved and Beijing remains "assertive."
