AW People on the 'war for talent' going on in Asia

Anna Whitlam of AW People says there seems to be a "disconnect" between the type of talent that firms want to hire and the amount they are willing to pay. She says there's also a disconnect in the supply and demand of talent and there's a "battle" to hire.
