There's 'limited' upside for markets in 2020, says OCBC

Vasu Menon of OCBC Bank says he's "relatively positive" about 2020, but that returns on the markets are unlikely to be as good as that of 2019. He also says investors have an "element of comfort" that central banks will step in if necessary.
