FAA Administrator: Boeing 737 Max recertification will extend into 2020

The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee will hold a hearing Wednesday morning centering on the Federal Aviation Administration's oversight of the Boeing 737 Max certification. FAA Administrator Steve Dickson will be the main witness at the hearing. He joins CNBC's Phil LeBeau ahead of the hearing to discuss the Boeing 737 Max recertification process.
