Over 200,000 accounts signed up for fractional shares on day one: Robinhood co-CEO

Robinhood co-CEO Vladimir Tenev tells CNBC's Jim Cramer that more than 200,000 people have signed up for the app's fractional stock-trading feature on the day it announced the feature. "The early signs are really promising," Tenev says on "Mad Money."
