US doesn't want to be a 'China-centric' soybean supplier: USSEC

Jim Sutter of the U.S. Soybean Export Council says he hopes Chinese agricultural purchases under the U.S.-China phase one trade deal are long-term and have a "ramp-up period." American farmers need a market signal to grow more crops next year, he says.
