A commission into Australia's bushfires seems 'inevitable': Professor

Dale Dominey-Howes of University of Sydney says the Australian emergency service experts called for a national dialogue on how to prepare for the summer, but the federal government had put off the conversation. He says Prime Minister Scott Morrison "should fall" and the country should see a change in leadership.
