Tesla cuts price on Model 3 by 16% after receiving subsidies

Tesla announced overnight into Friday that it is cutting the starting price for its China-made Model 3 sedan by 16% after receiving subsidies. The company is also expected to release its fourth quarter delivery numbers as early as Friday. Tim Higgins, reporter at the Wall Street Journal, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
