Trump's threat of sanctions on Iraq is 'very ill-advised,' says analyst

U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to slap sanctions on Iraq. Henry Rome of Eurasia Group says that's a "knee-jerk reaction" to the Iraqi parliament passing a resolution calling for the government to expel foreign forces from the country.
