Facebook lays out details for content oversight board

In a 46-page document, Facebook outlined the powers and limitations of the board, stating the company is committing to fund the trust that will support the board for six years. The board will have the ability to review content moderation cases so long as they do not involve content posted on Facebook's marketplace, fundraisers, Facebook dating features or the Facebook-owned WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct or Oculus services.
