Sen. Mike Rounds: Shelton is more reasonable than some pundits have suggested

President Trump's Fed nominee Judy Shelton will head to Capitol Hill on Thursday where lawmakers are likely to question some of her non-traditional views on monetary policy. Senator Mike Rounds (R—S.D.) will be one of the senators questioning Shelton and he joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
