China's smartphone shipments could drop 30% in first quarter due to virus outbreak, says analyst

Kitty Fok of IDC China says that while China's shipments for smartphones and personal computers may be hit hard by the coronavirus crisis, increased demand for e-learning and other online services could accelerate the country's 5G rollout.
