US needs to 'consider carefully' which companies deserve bailouts in stimulus package: Professor

Besides helping companies to tide over the economic hit from the virus outbreak, it is a "no brainer" for U.S. stimulus measures to provide direct cash transfers to distressed households, says Raghuram Rajan, professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and former governor of the Reserve Bank of India.
