Why insurance isn't covering small business closures during coronavirus pandemic

The Treasury Department unveiled a plan that could offer short term relief and aid those who are getting hit hardest by the pandemic fears: small businesses. Many are being told to shut down for an unspecified period of time and are finding their insurance doesn't always cover the pandemic.
