This time, China stimulates its economy in a different way: Economist

China's latest stimulus measures are targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises as well as consumers, which are crucial for employment and growth. Eswar Prasad from Cornell University says Beijing is cognitive of the potential credit risks to economy, therefore it has refrained from launching massive stimulus packages like what it did during the 2008 global financial crisis.
