Hong Kong's rebound can be 'very, very strong' if virus cases stay low, says legislator

"Hong Kong people are fighters," says legislator Jeffrey Lam, who is a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong SAR. He says if the city can maintain a streak of low, single-digit number of positive cases for Covid-19 over the next few days, this can hopefully "bring Hong Kong back to a more normal situation."
