The US is 'not remotely prepared' to reopen its economy, says think tank expert

The U.S. currently lacks the preparedness capacity to suppress the coronavirus outbreak, such as testing widely enough and protecting people in high-risk facilities sufficiently, says Jeremy Konyndyk, senior policy fellow at the Center for Global Development.
