Hong Kong police had no systemic issues, says independent watchdog on protests

While Hong Kong's police had no systemic issues as an institution, their alleged use of force in the city's protests remains a personal and legal question by way of the complaints we received, says Anthony Neoh, chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council, on their assessment of the police's handling of the social unrest.
