China sees Hong Kong security law minimizing 'risk of future upheaval': Prof

While pro-democracy supporters see China's proposed Hong Kong national security law as part of the mainland's "growing interference" in the city's domestic politics and way of life, Beijing's leaders see it as a legal tool that gives China the option of taking action if need be, says Benjamin Ho of the S.
