New York City's coronavirus infection rate now appears lower than when the outbreak first began, says Gov. Cuomo

The daily number of new Covid-19 cases in New York fell to a level that's lower than when the state first began fighting the Covid-19 outbreak nearly three months ago, said New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
