President Xi is 'fed up' and wants to move in on Hong Kong, says expert

The global distraction of the coronavirus pandemic has been "good timing" for China to announce plans for a national security law in Hong Kong, which is a "very serious violation" of the 'one country, two systems' notion, says Orville Schell, Arthur Ross Director of the Center on U.S.-China Relations at Asia Society.
