'No quick fixes' for Lebanon's 'painful' recovery, says government advisor

Anything the Lebanese government does to improve stability and confidence in the country will take time and will be "painful," says George Chalhoub, financial affairs advisor to the country's prime minister. He says that Lebanon has a plan, and if the International Monetary Fund's bailout is approved, the nation will be able to "come out of this on the other end."
