Asian markets have yet to pay attention to the upcoming U.S. elections: BlackRock

While Asian markets have "nearly, fully priced in" a sharp U.S. economic rebound, they have yet to pay enough attention to the upcoming U.S. presidential elections later this year, says Thomas Taw, head of iShares Investment Strategy, Asia-Pacific at BlackRock.
