Governments should classify seafarers as 'essential workers': International Chamber of Shipping

Seafaring crew changes are taking place at "far too low" a pace, and governments need to "cut the bureaucracy" and "get on with the job" of managing potential global humanitarian and trade crisis, says Esben Poulsson, chairman of The International Chamber of Shipping.
