Former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb: What states do now to fight Covid will take two weeks to slow spread

The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut said Wednesday visitors coming from certain high-risk states should self-quarantine for 14 days after coming to the area. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, member of the boards of Pfizer, Tempus and biotech company Illumina and former FDA commissioner, joins "Squawk Box" to discuss the effort to prevent further spread of the virus.
