Fiscal and monetary policy settings are all that matter: Macquarie

Viktor Shvets of Macquarie says fiscal and monetary policy settings are bigger factors for investment decisions than the upcoming U.S. presidential election and the worrying rise in coronavirus infection cases. He also says that central banks seem to be removing what's left of free market signals.
