Strategist Stephanie Link on what the Berkshire-Dominion deal signals for markets

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway is buying Dominion Energy's Natural Gas Assets in a deal totaling almost $10 billion. The purchase will add 7,700 miles of natural gas storage and transmission pipelines to Berkshire's portfolio.
