China will seek clarity on 'vague' U.S. bans on WeChat, TikTok during trade talks: Expert

China will likely use the upcoming trade talks with the U.S. as an opportunity to clarify recent U.S. executive orders on WeChat and TikTok, and what implications these "broad, vague and frankly, a bit confusing" bans would entail, says Deborah Elms, executive director of the Asian Trade Centre.
