Timeline for a vaccine is not that important for markets: Investor

The stock market heading higher will be more about the economy reopening and less about a coronavirus vaccine, says Phil Blancato of Ladenburg Thalman Asset Management. He believes a stimulus package will eventually come and says the S&P 500 has an upside potential of 10% if an effective therapeutic is found.
