Sen. Tom Cotton: UAE deal with Israel could open up new opportunities for U.S. arm sales

Sen. Tom Cotton (R—Ark.) told CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Tuesday the deal with the UAE brokered by the Trump administration last week likely qualifies them to make new weapons deals with the United States.
