Former Walmart CEO comments on new subscription service Walmart+

Walmart announced a new subscription service today called Walmart+ that will cost $98 per year and include perks like unlimited free delivery on grocery items and orders of $35 or more. The service is set to launch on September 15. Former Walmart CEO Bill Simon joins 'Closing Bell' to talk about the service.
